Jayme Hoy

Jayme has 7+ years of experience in paid search, including the last 4.5 years at Wpromote. She has worked with large enterprise companies across a variety of industries, largely specializing in ecommerce and omnichannel businesses, in addition to work across the education, finance, and healthcare verticals. Her clients have included Whirlpool, SoulCycle, and Soft Surroundings. Since moving back to Chicago in 2018, Jayme has built a 15-person Paid Search team from scratch. She is passionate about data-driven marketing and thrives on finding client opportunities to grow businesses through full-funnel and cross-channel strategies. She especially loves testing and learning, leading both the “Challenger Labs” team and the Google/agency partnership to test new platform betas, strategies, and more.
