It differs from department to department. If the role has direct reports, it will be listed in the job description.

What does the typical interview process look like and how can I prepare for my interview?

Although the interview process will differ depending on the department and level of the role, please see the general process below:

1) You will be contacted via email (make sure to check your spam folder!) to schedule an initial interview

2) You will then have an initial phone interview with a Talent Acquisition partner to discuss the opportunity, role-specific interview process, and the timeline/next steps

The dress code for the video Interviews is business casual. (At least your top half!)

What if I need accommodation for the interview or application?

We do our best to make accommodations. If you require accommodation for the interview and/or application process, please reach out to talent@wpromote.com and our Talent team will respond to your request/question.
